Pack for Transport
Securely pack your scooter in its original box with all chargers, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend utilizing tracking for all high-value shipments.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
